I was suffering from corona virus at that time doctor prescribed me to do Yoga daily morning in which I have very less knowledge. I was worried much how to come out of this trouble. I use to get scolding's from my parents as I was so lazy .My parents forcibly made me to have a practice of yoga every morning but I had zero knowledge about yoga and its benefits . While I took the help of internet to search the yoga related blogs then I got this wonderful blog which explained me the importance of yoga .
